Correctly Sizing Your Work
Please note: this is not relevant for sculptures
There are two graphics we auto-generate for collectors, to show them what your work will look like in-situ.
1) 'View in Room' view:
2) Height comparison view:
If you have incorrectly input your piece's height or width, these images will become warped. If you do not include border or frame size in your dimensions, these images will be deceivingly large, which will end up disappointing your collector and possibly resulting in them returning the work.
When inputting your work's dimensions, ensure that you write the piece's total dimensions including their frame or border.
This means that you will also need to have each piece's main image showing exactly what the client will receive - including any framing or borders. For more on this, read this FAQ.
