How to Remove Artworks

When you sell an artwork, you don't need to remove it from your site. It can be helpful for collectors to see which of your works have sold to better understand the growing interest in your work and to see a complete portfolio. If you have sold an artwork elsewhere, you can still list it on Rise Art as sold, further emphasising your credibility as an in-demand artist.

If you must remove a piece from your profile, you can archive the artwork via the Artworks section of your Artist Console. Simply select Archive in the dropdown menu next to DETAILS to the right of your work, as pictured below. 

How do I mark a work as sold?

1. Log in to your seller account and select the Artworks section on your dashboard. 
2. Select the artwork you would like to set as sold by clicking on its title.
3. Then change the Available Stock Amount to '0'.
4. Click Save Changes to ensure your inventory is updated.
