Artwork thumbnail images scrambled or repeating

You might have noticed that sometimes the thumbnail of the artwork you just uploaded is not showing up correctly in your Seller Console. For example, sometimes a thumbnail image might appear twice or next to the wrong title.

This issue is related to the image uploading process. When the image of your artwork has yet to fully upload, a thumbnail from another artwork may temporarily appear in its place. Rest assured, this is only a visual and temporary instance and does not affect the way the artwork is presented in your Rise Art gallery. It will go back to normal the next time you log in.

How can you fix this issue straight away?

• Refresh the page: Simply refreshing the page often resolves the issue.
• Log out and log back in: This ensures the data in your seller console reloads correctly.
